Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these official Allen County routes for the most common requests:
- A docket sheet: run a docket search through Indiana MyCase, or request the CCS from the Clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court schedule, then confirm the setting with the assigned court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by party name, cause number, citation number, or cross-reference number in MyCase
- Court records and case files: review court case records, or contact Central Services

The copy line is 260-449-7890, the main Clerk line is 260-449-7245, and copy service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except designated holidays.
